Good to have skills : Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, AWS Architecture

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach to software delivery. Collaboration and continuous improvement are integral parts of daily activities, ensuring that the solutions are both effective and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
