Position: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

• Create and design marketing materials, social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, invitations, and branding collaterals.
• Develop creative visual concepts based on project requirements and client briefs.
• Ensure consistency in design quality and brand guidelines across all creatives.

2. Presentation Design

• Prepare professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for clients, proposals, and internal projects.
• Organize content effectively using graphics, charts, and visual elements.

3. Basic Video Editing

• Edit short promotional videos, reels, event highlights, and digital content.
• Add basic transitions, text, music, and visual effects as required.

4. Content & Creative Support

• Assist the marketing, business development, and event teams with creative requirements.
• Modify and update existing designs based on feedback and project needs.

5. Project Coordination & Timely Delivery

• Manage multiple design assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to understand requirements and deliver quality outputs within deadlines.
• Maintain proper organization of design files and project assets.

• Adobe Photoshop

• Canva
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Basic Video Editing)

Candidate Profile

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently.
