We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading e-commerce support process.

• Job Responsibilities:Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
• Update customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Eligibility:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Shift & Working Days:
• Fixed Day Shift
• 6 Days Working
• 1 Rotational Week Off
