Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and target-oriented Hospital Manager to drive patient acquisition and referral growth for our hospital. This role focuses on patient marketing, doctor networking, community outreach, and hospital service promotion, Hospital Management .

Patient & Referral Marketing

  • Promote hospital services to patients, clinics, diagnostic centers, and referral partners
  • Generate patient leads and support IPD conversions
  • Assist patients and families with information about hospital services and specialties

Doctor & Institutional Networking

  • Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare partners for relationship building
  • Communicate hospital facilities, departments, and treatment offerings
  • Support referral development initiatives
  • Look after overall duties of the Hospital .
  • Nurse Management
