Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and target-oriented Hospital Marketing Executive to drive patient acquisition and referral growth for our hospital. This role focuses on patient marketing, doctor networking, community outreach, and hospital service promotion.
Patient & Referral Marketing
- Promote hospital services to patients, clinics, diagnostic centers, and referral partners
- Generate patient leads and support IPD conversions
- Assist patients and families with information about hospital services and specialties
Doctor & Institutional Networking
- Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare partners for relationship building
- Communicate hospital facilities, departments, and treatment offerings
- Support referral development initiatives
