Job Description
Position: HR Executive / HR Officer
Location: Bhubaneswar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Eligibility Criteria
Master’s Degree is mandatory (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Male candidates only
Must own a two-wheeler
Must have a personal laptop
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and onboarding process
Training & Development coordination
Employee engagement and HR operations
Attendance and day-to-day HR management
Handling employee documentation and records
Supporting administration and team coordination
Ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and procedures
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employee management
Ability to work in a professional office environment
