Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions across departments.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions and advertisements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies, diversity goals, and labor laws.
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding and workforce planning initiatives.
