These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.
Job Description & Summary:
In this role, you will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the overall deployment process. Your responsibilities will include managing cloud services, configuring and monitoring infrastructure, and implementing automation tools to support our software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering & BRD/FRD
2. e-Governance, Government Projects, Public Sector Consulting
3. Process Mapping, Workflow Design, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
4. Stakeholder Management, Client Interaction
5. UAT Coordination, Documentation, Gap Analysis
Mandatory skill sets:
1. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional specifications (BRD/FRD)
2. Work closely with government stakeholders to understand processes and workflows
3. Support e-Governance platforms implementation and digital initiatives
4. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and BPR activities
5. Coordinate UAT, testing, and stakeholder sign-offs
6. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
Preferred skill sets:
Strong experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD, process mapping, BPR, UAT coordination
What you’ll do
You will work closely with stakeholders, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support successful implementation of digital governance solutions
Years of experience required:
8+ years of professional experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Education qualification:
BE/B.TECH/MCA or equivalent
