Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.
Must have skills : Oracle Database Administration (DBA)
Good to have skills : PostgreSQL Administration
Minimum 0-2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting various software products and configured services across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, spanning server and network components, and collaborates with teams to resolve challenges through basic and intermediate troubleshooting techniques. The work environment includes both remote and onsite support activities, contributing to the stability and efficiency of technology infrastructure.

- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with senior team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL Administration.
- Strong understanding of database management principles and practices.
- Ability to perform routine database maintenance tasks such as backups, recovery, and patching.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques for database environments.
- Basic knowledge of operating system concepts related to database hosting and support.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
