Fiber Engineer (Fiber Optic Engineer)A Fiber Engineer works with fiber optic networks used in telecom and internet systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, splice, and test fiber optic cables
- Design and plan fiber network layouts (FTTH, backbone, etc.)
- Use tools like OTDR and power meters for testing
- Troubleshoot signal loss and network faults
- Maintain documentation of network infrastructure
- Coordinate with telecom teams and vendors
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of fiber optics and networking basics
- Splicing and testing expertise
- Familiarity with telecom standards
- Problem-solving and fieldwork readiness
CCTV TechnicianA CCTV Technician installs and maintains surveillance systems for security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and cabling
