Job Title: Pizza Chef
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, maintaining food safety standards, managing ingredients efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through consistent food quality and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Stretch, shape, assemble, and bake pizzas with consistency and attention to detail.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure products are cooked to perfection.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
