As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. Collaboration with various teams to align model capabilities with project goals and continuous refinement of model parameters to enhance accuracy and efficiency are key aspects of daily activities. The role demands a forward-thinking approach to innovate and adapt to evolving natural language processing challenges.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters to improve performance and reduce computational costs.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
- Capability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and outputs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
