Manager-Business Operations

We are looking for a detail oriented and service focused Manager – Business Operations to

support day-to-day operations, client servicing, and coordination across insurance and

financial service processes. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction,

coordination, and execution, with an opportunity to gradually build exposure to financial

products and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Servicing & Relationship Support

• Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients

• Handle client queries related to insurance policies

• Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction

2. Operations & Process Management

• Coordinate with stakeholders for Policy issuance, Documentation & Application processing

• Track and manage end-to-end transaction lifecycle

3. Documentation

• Ensure proper collection and verification of documents

• Maintain accurate records and MIS

• Support compliance requirements as per company norms

4. Coordination with Partners

• Liaise with

o Insurance companies

o Banks / NBFCs

• Follow up for approvals, issuance, and service requests
