Job Description
Positions Consolidated: Incharge SAP, Data & MIS
Total Manpower: 1 person
About the Role:
Manage production data, scheduling, and management information systems for our integrated foundry operations. This role bridges operations, quality, and management through effective data management and SAP expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage SAP-ERP system for production planning and material management
- Create production schedules and capacity planning
- Collect, analyze, and report production data
- Maintain MIS dashboards and KPI tracking
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Finance teams
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly production reports
- Optimize production flow through data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Troubleshoot SAP-related operational issues
Required Qualifications:
Education: B.Com, BBA, or BE/B.Tech
Experience: Fresher to 2 years (willing to train excellent candidates)
Skills: SAP/ERP systems, MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), data analysis, reporting
Technical Aptitude: Strong numeracy and logical thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP MM/PP module knowledge
- Advanced Excel and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Manufacturing operations knowledge
- Exposure to foundry/steel industry operations
Location: As per requirement
Salary: Entry-level to mid-level (Based on qualifications)
