Nurse recruitment in Aashwas Neuro Rehabilitation Center, Near SUM Hospital Cmpus-1 , We focuses on hiring compassionate professionals with critical care or neuro/rehab backgrounds.
Qualification: ANM, GNM or B.Sc. nursing
Job Role : Neuro Rehabilitation and shift management roles.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
To thrive in a neuro rehabilitation nursing role, candidates typically need the following qualifications and skillsets:
- Qualifications: ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife),(GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing degrees are standard.
- Experience: 1 years of prior clinical experience, ideally in Neuro ICU, Critical Care, or general rehabilitation.
- Patient Care: Assisting patients with brain injuries, strokes, or spinal cord injuries in regaining mobility and independence.
- Clinical Duties: Medication administration, wound/catheter care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Team Collaboration: Working alongside physiotherapists and occupational therapists to support recovery.
