Job Description

Channel Partner Assistant – Medical Implants IndustryA Channel Partner Assistant is responsible for supporting the Channel Partner in sales operations, inventory management, surgery coordination, customer service, and administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations and timely support to hospitals and surgeons.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Support

  • Assist the Channel Partner in achieving best services
  • Coordinate with hospitals, surgeons, and purchase departments.
  • Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, and tenders.
  • Support business development activities and account management.

2. Surgery & Clinical Coordination

  • Ensure availability of implants and instrument sets for scheduled surgeries.
  • Coordinate with surgeons, OT staff, and company representatives.
  • Arrange emergency implant requirements and logistics support.
  • Track implant consumption and surgery records.

3. Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Maintain inventory of implants, instruments, and consumables.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
  • Coordinate product dispatch, delivery, and return of instrument sets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Address customer inquiries and service-related issues promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support.

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain records of implant usage, consignment stock, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare reports related to sales, inventory, and surgery support activities.

6. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  • Communicate market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements to management.
  • Support coordination between the company, channel partner, and healthcare institutions.
