Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Handle customer queries related to policies, renewals, premium payments, and claims.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely policy renewals.
Generate leads through referrals and convert them into sales.
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams for smooth customer service.
Achieve monthly sales and customer retention targets.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies.
