Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Security Operations Manager to oversee and manage security operations across multiple sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth deployment, supervision, and performance of security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day security operations and staff deployment
• Supervise security guards, gunmen, and housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure discipline and performance
• Coordinate with clients for requirements and issue resolution
• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and preventive measures
• Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and compliance records
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
• Train and guide security personnel as required

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of security protocols and operations
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, etc.)

Other Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and disciplined
• Willing to travel across sites if required
