Job Title: Operations & Production Engineer / Shift Incharge (Multiple Openings)

About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Operations professionals for our world-class foundry operations. This role offers multiple entry points based on experience—from Shift Incharge roles managing daily production to Head of Operations overseeing entire production vertical.

Key Positions Within This Opening:

·                 Head Operations (1 position) – 8-10 years experience

·                 Incharge Casting & Melting / Core & Mould Shop / Annealing / Finishing (4 positions) – 5-7 years experience

·                 Shift Incharge – Casting / Melting / Core & Mould / Annealing / Finishing / Hydraulic & Utility (18 positions) – 2-5 years experience

Responsibilities:

·                 Oversee daily production operations in assigned department

·                 Manage production schedules, timelines, and quality standards

·                 Supervise and mentor shift teams; ensure safety protocols compliance

·                 Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions

·                 Monitor equipment performance and maintenance needs

·                 Maintain production records and shift reports

·                 Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications

·                 Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications:

·                 Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production

·                 Experience:

·                 Shift Incharge: 2-5 years in foundry/metal production industry

·                 Senior roles: 5-10 years in similar roles

·                 Skills: Production planning, team leadership, problem-solving, equipment operation knowledge

·                 Target Industry Experience: DIP (Ductile Iron Pipe) / Steel / Foundry sectors

Preferred Qualifications:

·                 SAP/ERP system knowledge

·                 Exposure to Tata Metalliks, Jindal Saw, Electrosteel Castings, or Welspun operations

·                 Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing certification

·                 Knowledge of casting/melting processes
