Patient Service Assistant

Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Executives (Caregivers) to provide quality home-based patient care services. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, medication reminders, and emotional well-being while ensuring comfort and dignity.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking support.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health conditions.
• Ensure patients follow prescribed medication schedules.
• Support feeding and nutrition requirements as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and family members.
• Assist elderly patients with daily activities and routine care.
• Record daily care activities and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Required QualificationsMinimum 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or equivalent qualification.
• Certification in Patient Care, Caregiving, GNM, ANM, Nursing Assistant, or Healthcare Support is preferred.
• Prior experience in home care, hospital care, elderly care, or patient assistance is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of patient hygiene, mobility assistance, and healthcare practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
