Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively monitors and manages the testing process by defining key performance metrics, supervising test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of the product. Collaboration and strategic oversight are central to driving continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and ETL process workflows.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases for complex data integration scenarios.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies and system defects effectively.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Understanding of database concepts, SQL queries, and data modeling principles.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
