Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements, answer their queries, and provide detailed information about our real estate projects.
• Build rapport with potential buyers and generate interest in our properties.
• Effectively qualify leads and schedule site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Site Visits: Accompany prospective clients to project sites and showcase properties.
• Provide comprehensive tours and explain the features, amenities, and benefits of each property.
• Address client concerns and objections during site visits.
• Highlight the unique selling propositions of our projects.
