Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Telesales Executive.
A Sales Executive (Real Estate) is responsible for building client relationships, closing property sales. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying or leasing process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Handle inquiries from potential buyers and investors; provide details about properties, pricing, and terms.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new project launches.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and client databases.
- Assist clients with legal documentation and the property handover process.
