Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, well-spoken, and organized Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, provide exceptional customer service, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Administrative Support: Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization; handle filing, scanning, and photocopying tasks.
Logistics: Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers and maintain a proper logbook.
Scheduling: Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage appointments for senior management.
Inventory Control: Monitor and order office stationery and front-office supplies.
Security: Follow security protocols by monitoring the visitor logbook and issuing visitor badges if required.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Hospitality or Business Administration preferred).
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English and Hindi communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Interpersonal Skills: A polite, professional demeanor with a "service-first" attitude.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay calm under pressure.
