Job Title: Receptionist (Car Showroom)

Job Description:

We are looking for a polite, well-presented, and customer-friendly Receptionist for our car showroom. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner

Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries

Guide visitors to the appropriate sales executive or department

Maintain visitor records and customer details

Schedule appointments for test drives and meetings

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable

Perform basic computer tasks such as data entry and emails

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred

Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)

Pleasant personality and professional attitude

Basic computer knowledge

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage
