Role Overview

• Source & screen US-based healthcare professionals (nurses, allied health, therapists)
• Conduct initial phone/video screening of candidates
• Coordinate with US clients and account managers on staffing requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer processing
• Maintain ATS records and meet weekly/monthly placement targets
