Job Description

  • Agency Recruitment: Identify, source, and onboard potential entrepreneurs, insurance agents, and agency partners.
  • Business & Sales Growth: Achieve monthly sales goals by supporting and managing your associate network.
  • Training & Mentorship: Guide new associates through product knowledge, sales pitch techniques, and compliance standards.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with advisors and clients to foster long-term retention.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor daily activities, measure associate targets, and provide regular operational updates.
