Job Description

Job Title: Relationship ManagerLocation: PatiaJob Summary:Responsible for managing customer relationships, driving car sales, and ensuring a smooth buying and post-sale experience at the dealership.


  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and generate sales leads through field visits
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Arrange test drives and explain vehicle features, pricing, and finance options
  • Follow up with leads to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain customer database and ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and documentation
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Requirements:Graduate in any discipline
  • Good communication and sales skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer handling
