Retail Sales Officer

Humma Dairy and Argo ventures Pvt.Ltd is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives / Sales Managers to expand its retail presence and drive sales across Bhubaneswar.

The candidate will be responsible for retail outlet expansion, order generation, and achieving daily sales targets in assigned routes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets daily and generate orders 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers 

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets 

• Add new outlets and expand market coverage 

• Promote dairy products like milk, curd, lassi, sweet curd, etc. 

• Ensure timely order delivery coordination 

• Collect market feedback and competitor insights

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–5 years in retail / FMCG sales 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

• Knowledge of local market (Bhubaneswar preferred) 

• Ability to work on field and handle pressure targets 

• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
