Job Summary:Adano Ceramics LLP is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executives to promote and sell ceramic products. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and clients across Bhubaneswar.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads and develop the local market for ceramic products
• Visit dealers, retailers, and customers regularly for sales and follow-ups
• Promote company products and explain features and pricing
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily activities
• Collect market feedback and share insights with management
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely payments
• Eligibility Criteria:Age: 18 – 40 years
• Gender: Male
• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or marketing (field experience preferred)
• Skills & Requirements:Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Field sales and marketing experience
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license
• Basic English proficiency
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)
