Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Rooftop Solar Projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to generate and close high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and channel partners.
• Meet clients, understand their energy requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and ROI/payback presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, APDCL, and government officials.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government solar policies.
• Guide and support junior sales team members.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree.
• Min 2 years of sales experience.
• Candidates from Retail Distribution, Real Estate, Consumer Durables, Electrical/Electronics, or FMCG with strong sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
