Position: Sales Closure Executive (Real Estate)Are you a passionate real estate sales professional who knows how to convert leads into successful property deals?
Fortune InfraProperties Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Closure Executive who can confidently handle client interactions, conduct site visits, follow up with prospects, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with potential homebuyers and investors.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with clients until deal closure.
- Negotiate pricing and resolve customer objections.
- Coordinate with CRM, telecalling, and management teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Closures.
- Proven track record of successfully closing property deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of residential real estate sales.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred).
