We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and converting enquiries into unforgettable celebrations.

What You'll Do -

• Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, email, and walk-ins.
• Conduct venue tours and present Avanté's event spaces to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable event packages.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking documents.
• Follow up with prospective clients to maximise conversions.
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, decorators, caterers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients from the first enquiry until the successful completion of their event.
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and local partnerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily sales reports.
• Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional events whenever required.

What We're Looking For -

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, banquet sales, hotels, event management, luxury retail, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident, proactive, and customer-centric personality.
• Comfortable working on weekends and during event days.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
