Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
• Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately as per client requirements.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and e- mails.
• Report on sales activities to top management.
• Organizing site visits for prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property trends and pricing in local areas.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem- solving skills.
• Identifying key challenges in the sales process and making data-driven decisions to overcome obstacles and drive results.

Required:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.(Prefer Real Estate Sales Experience)
• Familiarity with real estate platforms and tools.
