Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Team Building: Scout, interview, and onboard new insurance agents/advisors to continuously grow the agency network. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Training & Development: Conduct product knowledge and sales skill training sessions. Help agents pass licensing exams and transition into successful sales professionals. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Sales Management & Strategy: Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new business premiums. Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Performance Monitoring: Review sales metrics, track agent productivity, and provide mentorship to improve conversion rates. [1, 2]
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with the agency team and stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and customer retention. [1, 2]
