About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and confident candidates for the role of Business Development Officer (BDO). This is a completely field-based role where candidates will work on market research, business communication, and partnership development for battery-powered charging station setups.
Candidates who perform exceptionally well may get a full-time opportunity in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market surveys across Bhubaneswar city
- Build relationships and maintain good rapport with local businesses
- Convince business partners to collaborate for setting up battery-powered charging stations
- Identify suitable business locations and opportunities
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and discussions
- Submit regular field and survey reports
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within Bhubaneswar
- Basic understanding of business development and marketing
- Confident, proactive, and result-oriented personality
