Job Description


Location: Bhubaneswar


Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer from the automobile industry who will be responsible for training dealership teams, conducting induction programs, and ensuring alignment with OEM standards.


  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct induction programs for new joinees
  • Deliver sales and product training sessions
  • Prepare training materials using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
  • Coordinate directly with the Maruti Suzuki team
  • Monitor and improve dealership sales performance
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and standards
  • Travel frequently for on-field training and support
  • Mandatory Requirements:4-wheeler driving is compulsory
  • Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory
  • Must be comfortable with frequent travel
  • Only Male candidates
  • Required Skills:Strong knowledge of the automobile industry
  • Experience in sales training and conducting induction programs (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
