Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and utilizing available tools and assets to drive project progress. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and address any challenges that arise, ensuring that the delivery meets organizational expectations and client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of security services.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve conflicts.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing security service delivery using global methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions within security frameworks.
- Capability to coordinate and lead diverse teams across multiple locations and time zones.

- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
