Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Manager to assist customers in selecting and purchasing furniture products. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable furniture options, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store, providing product information and recommendations.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture styles, designs, and materials.
• Demonstrate product features, fabric options, and pricing details.
• Prepare sales quotations and process customer orders accurately.
• Maintain the showroom display, ensuring furniture is clean, well-arranged, and tagged correctly.
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, and after-sales service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely product dispatch.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, product specifications, and promotional offers.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
