Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content aligned with the company’s branding and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging final outputs.
• Create videos for social media platforms, promotional campaigns, advertisements, branding, and internal communication.
• Add transitions, subtitles, text overlays, music, sound effects, and motion graphics where required.
• Perform basic color correction, sound enhancement, and visual optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, design, and creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Ensure all video content is delivered within deadlines and meets quality standards.
• Maintain proper organization of video files, project assets, and editing timelines.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, reels/short-form content formats, and platform-specific requirements.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos, reels, shorts, and promotional snippets.
• Review and revise edits based on internal feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Film, Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Filmora
• After Effects
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• CapCut / VN
• Good understanding of:
• Video composition
• Timing and pacing
• Audio syncing
• Motion graphics
• Social media video formatting
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Creative mindset with a good sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, andpromotional ad creatives.
• Ability to understand brand tone and create content accordingly.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated and open to feedback.
