Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate, Post Graduate/Graduate in Science or Hospital Administration preferable.

 

Relevant Experience:    

• 5 + years of experience in Domestic/International Call Center, In-bound/Out-bound.

Responsibilities

• Handling all inbound query calls related to our hospital at PRM desk.
• Convincing & Educating Customers for their Medical or Surgical Procedures.
• Identifying & Counseling the patients for Healthy Heart.
• Working on software for the Healthy Heart Enrollments.
• Involves interaction with customers and providing them quality support and service.
• Scheduling Appointments
