Store Helper

• Receive, inspect, and store solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, cables, pumps, motors, and other project materials.

• Verify received materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and inventory balances.

• Issue materials to installation teams as per approved material requisitions and project requirements.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Coordinate with project, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure the smooth movement of materials between stores and project sites while preventing breakage, damage, or loss during handling and transportation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and material consumption reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of stock transactions, delivery challans, and material issue records.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the store and warehouse area.

• Assist during internal and external audits by providing required inventory-related documents and records.

• Report shortages, damages, obsolete stock, or inventory discrepancies to the Store In-Charge and support corrective actions.
