Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Tailors/Sewing Machine Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in garment construction, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines to join, reinforce, and decorate garments and other articles.
• Follow patterns and templates to ensure precision in cutting and sewing.
• Perform alterations and repairs on garments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tailor or Sewing Machine Operator.
• Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines.
• Strong knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret patterns and technical specifications.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
