- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate innovative approaches into project execution.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
