Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The day is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs and challenges within the project scope.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance architectural frameworks.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and innovation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in solution definition that meets complex capability requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance across diverse environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
