The role requires careful consideration of technical architecture needs and active participation in shaping decisions related to hardware, network products, system software, and security measures. This position demands a comprehensive approach to ensure that all components align seamlessly to support the overall system architecture and organizational goals, fostering collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of technical requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote cohesive architectural strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with CommerceTools Commerce Platform.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure system architectures.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions.

- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
