Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of technology solutions, and providing insights that enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of human capital management processes and best practices.
- Experience with system integration and data migration strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
