Job Description

About Us: Jagannath Darshan Yatra is a premier travel and spiritual tourism agency in Odisha. We specialize in providing authentic and seamless pilgrimage experiences to Puri, Konark, and beyond.

The Role: We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to connect with potential travelers and help them plan their perfect journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Conversion: Convert inbound inquiries (calls/messages) into confirmed tour packages.
  • Itinerary Planning: Design and explain cultural tour plans (Puri, Konark, Chilika, etc.) to clients.
  • Multilingual Communication: Interact fluently with clients in Odia, Hindi, and English.
  • Client Relationship: Build trust with travelers by sharing deep insights into Odisha's traditions and festivals.
  • Documentation: Manage booking details and coordinate with the operations team for seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Odia, Hindi, and English.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Knowledge of Puri/Odisha tourism.

Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business for communication.
