Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have a positive, target-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
• Provide a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi/Odia communication preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Ability to work with sales and calling targets.
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with telecalling, telesales, BPO, customer support, or sales experience will be preferred.
