Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to support our Loan and Real Estate business operations. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, explaining loan and property-related services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer relationships to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and generated leads.
• Introduce and explain the company's loan and real estate services.
• Identify customer requirements related to home loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, business loans, and property purchases.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with potential customers regarding loan applications and property inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in CRM/software.
• Coordinate with loan processing and sales teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to convince and engage customers over phone calls.
• Basic knowledge of loan products and real estate services.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers may apply.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, loan services, banking, financial services, or real estate will be preferred.
Experience:
• 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Loan Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Business Development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of calls made per day.
• Lead generation and qualification ratio.
• Appointment scheduling targets.
• Customer follow-up effectiveness.
• Conversion support to sales and loan processing teams.
• Overall customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
